The main aim of the sessions, primarily intended for councillors and technicians from the sphere of social services and consumer services, is to present the measures implemented by the companies to provide the most vulnerable families with solutions, as well as the customer services, and to explain the free mediation service offered by the Customer Counsel office to users to solve possible conflicts between the company and clients.
The sessions, held in Tàrrega, Sitges and Sant Cugat del Vallès, included the participation of the Director of the Catalan Consumer Agency, Alfons Conesa, of various mayors and councillors, and of the municipal consumer ombudsmen.
Agbar’s Customer Counsel presented the Office’s 2014 Activity Report, which includes the recommendations made to the Organization and some examples of conflict mediation.
