The Customer Counsel explains how mediation contributes to greater loyalty with the company in a conference at the Barcelona Mediation Centre
The Customer Counsel participated in a training conference, organized by Barcelona Mediation Centre, which provided the tools to better understand how mediation operates in organizations.
During this conference Sergi Sanchis, SUEZ Spain’s Customer Counsel, mentioned that the fact that clients trust in the mediation service leads to long-term loyalty with the company.
According to the experience of SUEZ Spain’s Customer Counsel, incorporating the view of the mediator into organizations allows the client to be heard, permitting not only conflict resolution but also a process of supporting emotions, in short obtaining a clear benefit as regards better communication.
The different speakers at the conference agreed that mediation is a platform for dialogue and an open door to cultural change in the company which benefits both the client and the organization’s employees, increasing Customer Service efficiency and consequently improving the quality of the service and even job satisfaction.
